Welcome to my site!
Welcome to my site!
I go by Matt, and this is my website. This is my little space I created to showcase my interests, projects and explore my technical curiousities.
At the time of writing this, I am in the midst of creating this website. This website is not to flex my elite developer skills; rather, it is to show what goes beyond the one-sided, 8.5x11 piece of paper submitted to every job application.
Depsite my foundation in electrical engineering where I took lower-level programming classes such as Verilog, I built this with the Django web framework. During my time securing my EE degree, I had many lower level programming classes before my university offered "Python for Electrical Engineers" my last year (finally). Hence, my pure software background started with Python (and why this website is built with Django, for starters).
From there, this site is leveraging a free bootstrap template to make everything pretty.
A couple formatting notes for this Django App. You are currently on the homepage where you may explore a bit about me, my skills & general experience. You can click the Projects tab or black arrow at the bottom to find my project portfolio.
Orchestrate product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts for C-Level Executives, Software Developers, Security teams & Product Managers while conducting cross-functional strategy alongside internal Sales, Product, Engineering & Professional Services teams to drive technical wins for customers’ needs.
Owned full (pre & post-sales) account strategy to drive net revenue growth for R&D divisions at a top 10 major account, closing $76M in 2025 from $6.6M in 2021. Projects covered involved camera vision, digital light projection (DLP), mmWave (radar) and analog signal chain & power.
GPA: 3.78
At work and in my spare time, I let my innate imagination take the wheel. By clicking the linked arrow above or the link icon next to the Project title will take you there.
This projects page will show you more about me behind the scenes. Lately, I have really enjoyed my shift to software, so much so that it dictates my spare times' focus to working towards synchronizing my personal passions with software.
